一、Find out about public swimming pools that you can use when visiting Naples, Italy.

◎搜尋過程：
先將public swimming pools和Naples翻譯為義大利文，以方便利用google搜尋義利文網頁。
1進入google首頁的語言選項，在翻譯的框框輸入"public swimming pools"，選擇"英文至義大利

文" ，得到翻譯的文字為"piscine pubbliche" ；以同樣的方式得到"Naple"(拿坡里)的義大利文

為"Napoli" 。

2.在google搜尋框輸入"piscine pubbliche Napolii"，找到數個相關網頁，進入http://www.sunbeach.it/index.php?pg=cerca&type_v=cat&catref=38&refz=18&labelz=Piscine+pubbliche。

3.找到義大利文網頁，利用google首頁的語言選項中的 翻譯網頁:，將網址輸入，選擇"義大利至

英文"即可觀覽翻譯成英文的網頁。此網頁提供數家位於拿坡里的公共游泳池的資訊。

二、Find a reception hall, local caterer, disc jockey, and bartender that you can hire for a wedding reception at a small winery in Burgundy, France.

◎搜尋過程：

先將reception hall, local caterer, disc jockey,bartender翻譯成法文字，以方便利用google 搜尋法文網頁。

1. 進入google首頁的語言選項，在翻譯的框框輸入"reception hall, local caterer, disc jockey,bartender,Burgundy"，選擇"英文至義大利 文" ，得到翻譯的文字分別為"corridoio di ricezione, approvvigionatore locale, puleggia tenditrice del disco, barista, Borgogna "。

2.在google搜尋框輸入"barista Borgogna"查找Burgundy的調酒師，找到數個相關網頁，進入http://www.fotosearch.it/UNP109/u19042684/。

3.找到的是法文網頁，因此利用google首頁的語言選項中的 翻譯網頁:，將網址輸入，選擇"法文至英文"即可觀覽翻譯成英文的網頁。網頁中有提供其僱用的資訊，如價格等等。

三、Translate "I wish to mail a package. Where is the nearest post office? Thank you."into Spanish.

◎解答：”Deseo enviar un paquete. ¿Dónde está la oficina de correos más cercana? Gracias. ”

◎搜尋過程：

１.進入google首頁的語言選項，在翻譯的框框輸入”I wish to mail a package. Where is the

nearest post office? Thank you.”，選擇”英文至西班牙文”。即可查得翻譯為：”Deseo enviar un paquete. ¿Dónde está la oficina de correos más cercana? Gracias. ”。

題目：Google Guide P.58

一、On National Public Radio (NPR), you heard a researcher at Stanford University whose name sounded like Jeff Naumberg and want to send him email. What is Jeff's email address?

從美國國家公共電台 (National Public Radio, NPR) 的節目裡, 聽到有關史丹福大學 (Stanford University) 的新聞, 好像提到 Jeff Naumberg 的名字。如何找到他的電子郵件帳號呢?

※搜尋過程：
1.進入google首頁→在搜尋框鍵入[ "Jeff Naumberg" Stanford University NPR] ，按下google搜尋鍵→找到數筆相關資料，但是未看到與其Jeff Naumberg個人資料或電子郵件的帳號，只有google guide習題解答及老師翻譯成中文的google guide網頁。

2.進入網頁：http://www.googleguide.com/solutions google guide習題解答

內容提到是拼錯字，應該是"Jeff Nunberg Stanford University NPR",重新在google首頁搜尋一次還是沒找到。

二、From Google's home page, http://www.google.com/, search for "french military victories" and click on the I'm Feeling Lucky button to see Albino Blacksheep's parody of a Google spelling correction result


※搜尋過程：
1.進入google首頁→在搜尋框鍵入[ 「"french military victories"」，按下「I'm Feeling lucky」→未找到任何資料，並且提供更正訊息「 Did you mean: french military defeats 」，
表示此關鍵字非最為恰當的，因為其意思是為失敗而勝利。

2.進入網頁：http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/text/france.html 此網頁敘述了法國的歷史。
